In requesting a new web site registration
for parts from Sears, you affirm
that you are establishing your web site
use solely for business, commercial, or
organizational purposes on behalf of your
business. You warrant, represent, and agree
that you will not use this web site (or
allow this web site to be used) for
personal, family, or household
(collectively, "consumer") purposes.

Identification
|
In this section you identify
yourself with your business
name and phone number. You give
yourself a login ID
and password.
We will use your business name
and your phone
number to access your account in
our call center
operations should you call us
with a problem.
Retain your login ID and
password! As soon as your
Sears Commercial Parts Sales
registration has been
approved, you will gain access
to this Web site using
these two pieces of information.
Before storing your login ID and
password, we make
sure that no one else already
uses the login ID you have
selected for yourself and that
your login ID and
password are not the same.
If several persons place orders
concurrently from your
business on different computers,
all will use the same
login ID and password. There is
no need for individual
login ID's or passwords. The
site will recognize that
they are working from different
computers and will
keep the orders separate.
To protect your business, you
should change your
password from time to time. This
is particularly
significant after personnel
changes.

to know it. This information is,

Tax Exempt ID
|
Sears has stores and service units in every state
and we are legally obligated by your State to charge
the local tax that is applicable to the items you purchased.
For further inquiries, please contact your State Taxing Authority.
If you wish to be exempted from
sales tax, you must enter a tax exempt ID here and
fax us your tax exemption certificate.

Industry Classification

Help us understand more about
your business by informing us what industry you
belong to. For this purpose, three fields are
provided. Please provide one or more of these codes if you
know them.
The DUNS or
Data Universal Numbering System
number is a unique nine
character company identification
number assigned by Dunn &
Bradstreet. To obtain a DUNS number you may contact
D&B at 800-333-0505. If you have Internet access, you
can also apply for a DUNS number online.
The NAICS or North American Industry Classification
System became the
successor of the U. S. Standard Industrial Classification
(SIC) system in
1997.

NAICS systems, search on the required term in the web site of
the U. S. Department of Commerce's National Technical Information
Service
A list of all NAICS codes is also available.

- Type in the address box on your browser: http://www.fss.gsa.gov.
- Click on Federal Supply Schedules
- Click on Schedule E Library
- On the Schedule E Library Screen in the box following "What are you searching for" type Sears and click Submit.
- Beside Schedule 51V click on Sears Roebuck and Co. (Inc)
- Look on the line for Schedule 51V. The GSA Contract Number is located in the column titled Contract Number.

Authorized Purchaser
|
The authorized purchaser information is
critical for our
business relationship. The authorized
purchaser is the person
to whom we will send all e-mail
correspondence and any faxes. He is our contact person for your
company. If you and your employees forget your password to
this site, we will send it to the e-mail address of the
authorized purchaser. For every order you enter on this site, we
will send a confirmation e-mail to his e-mail
address. We will not send any e-mails containing account or
order-related information to any other e-mail address.

Shipping Address
|
The shipping address for your orders may
be permanent, or it may vary from order to order.
Please enter a default shipping address. This address
will be suggested each time you place an order, but you
may always overwrite it.
